It's all Mannys fault, he shouldn't have beaten Cotto so bad. After Floyd saw what happened to Cotto, he knew he wasn't going to get in the ring with Manny.

at the end of the day..all floyd asked for is a test he was willing to submit himself, manny was the one who CLEARLY made this thing such a big deal ducking and dodging with excuse after excuse...

the only reason why people vote for floyd is cause there annoyed by him..

manny gets a free pass for everything its ridiculous..

thats rediculous....of course Floyd would agree to take them... He wants every advantage he can get fighting Manny......they both are to blame for his asking for it in the first place...why manny...why now....is it because hes actually fighting a good fighter....something hes not known to do....Floyd is the king of fighting nobodies and guys that used to be good but are way past their prime....he wouldnt of tried this stuff with Paulie Malignaggi lol

It's both of their faults. Why? Because both of them make outrageous demands. $10 mill for each pound over is ridiculous. However, Mayweather didn't make weight against Marquez so Pac's camp wanted to ensure he makes weight. Mayweather wanted extra testing to ensure Pacquiao isn't using PED's. Then there was this whole mess of back-and-forth arguments about who said who and whatnot. Both camps could never agree to the timing of the tests so therefore, they're at a standstill. Honestly, everyone on here can bicker all they want about whose fault it was, but in the end there is no fight (for now) and Pacquiao's credibility of being a great champion is in jeapordy.

Now, I am both a Pacquiao and Mayweather fan. That being said, no biased opinion here. The truth is (and I've said this a thousand times before), it would've been more beneficial for Pacquiao to accept the terms of random drug testing with the cutoff period at 14 days. 2 weeks before the fight seems more than reasonable since he still has time to prepare and recuperate as the fight gets near. With Pacquiao rejecting this offer, it seems a little su****ious. I'm not saying he is on PED's, but rejecting that offer didn't really help his case.

People may argue that this has to deal with singling out Pacquiao, and they may be right. However, wouldn't you want to just take the tests to prove you have nothing to hide? A 14-day cutoff for tests wouldn't affect his mentality compared to what he supposedly endured before the Morales fight.

Pac becuz if he wanna be a senator dat MoFo should learn to speak for himself an take control of his camp... You got Roach condridicting you, you got Arum makin you look soft and scared, talking bout THE FIGHTS OFF every otherday. And then theres the fact you acting kinda suspucious wit all this blood testing drama, it may not be the norm, but for a fight of this magnitude its just a stipulation!
