both are to blame.
Who's fault is it? Mayweather or Pacquiao

Manny is a decent human being. Outside of the ring, as well as inside. And that's why the people who support him do, because fundamentally they know his good heart and character (beyond what is seen in HBO PPV), the fact that he loves boxing and would never do anything to taint the sport he loves so much, and especially given the fact that there's NO PROOF whatsoever to convict him, other than not totally giving in to Floyd's outrageous and unprecedented demands for blood testing. (He already did agree to blood tests contrary to what some are portraying that he's totally dodging it)
Floyd on the other hand, has acted like a punk much throughout his career, and has many times shown total disregard to what boxing fans like or think. He's a self-proclaimed greatest fighter in a division where he doesn't have the elite on his resume (Mosley, Margo, Cotto, Clottey, and now Manny). And now, he has chosen to play this dirty game against Manny by taking the fight out of the ring and has turned it all into a mud-slinging media circus.
When the storm is over, history will side with the right one and expose who the real ducker was in all this!Comment

Enough said, you *******s make the weakest points and your logic is picked apart so easily its pathetic. The bottom line is Pac is going to lose in this poll because the majority of boxing fans know what really happened. The scary part is Pac has more fans than Mayweather and is still losing this poll. That should tell you guys something.Comment

both sides are at fault. But I chose Mayweather because the root of the failure is his demand for the testing. If he wanted to require the testing, he should have focused his effort in having the requirement (at least in Nevada) changed.Comment
