How? Uhh maybe Floyd started this whole mess in the first place by demanding **** that has NEVER been done before in the history of boxing or mma. Maybe floyd could have took what he could get and accept the 24 day cut off.

One big reason is, this fight never should have made it as far as it did because the 10 million dollar fine opposed on Mayweather for every pound he came in over the weight was just ridiculous. Pac fans keep saying Mayweather asking for random testing was unheard of, so there for it was his way of getting out of the fight. Well what about Pac's 10 million dollar fine? Same thing could be said about Pac. In the end Mayweather agreed to Pacs terms but Pac wouldn't agree to Mayweathers. Its Pac's fault and frankly I think he is on something to not agree to the random tests. His legacy will always be in question because of the decision he made.
