And as how the Mayweather team (and GBP) deserves part of the blame, he has requested an outside organization for random blood tests which aren't the norm within the sport (not to say I don't agree, as there should, but that's a different matter), treating Pac as a guilty party for using performance enhancers (for which he has never been tested positive for anything) which brought about the lawsuit and for the lack or compromise (there has been little on both sides tbf). It's not particularity fair for his team to act like they can demand anything without any evidence at all for what they are demanding.
But Pacquiao deserves blame as well, probably more than Mayweather but noone can go around and state it's one teams fault.

1-If Mayweather suspects that Pacquiao is on something that can't be detected by boxing's current drug testing policy, then he should request more stringent testing. Mayweather even conceded on insisting that the tests be administered by the USADA. Team Mayweather was willing to sit down with Team Pacquiao to come to an agreement on who would be ion charge of administering the tests. You say that he hasn't compromised, and that kind of tips your hand. Mayweather has definitely compromised.
2- Pacquiao and his team have done more to make himself look like a guilty party than team Mayweather could ever do. That frivolous defamation lawsuit was filed just to save face, and it's going to be thrown out of court. You can't sue someone for having an opinion. Nobody has ever said that they have proof or no for sure that Pacquiao is on something. You can't blame Mayweather for having the opinion that Pacquiao could possibly be using PEDs. Malignaggi came flat out and said that he believes that Pacquiao is dirty(something Mayweather himself has never done), yet he isn't being sued. What does that tell you? He's just trying to save face in the public eye with that BS lawsuit. Same thing Roger Clemens did.
3- Look man, it's perfectly fair for Mayweather to request more stringent drug testing that he is willing to submit to himself for this fight. He doesn't need proof that Pacquiao has used PEDs to make this request. What kind of assbackwards logic is that anyway? Pacquiao is already subjected to drug tests. So if you think that it's wrong to demand fighters to subject themselves to drug tests without proof that they're cheating, then you should be against all drug testing across the board. You can't catch cheaters unless you know......you try to catch them. This is common sense man. The idea that Mayweather is wrong for requesting stricter drug testing because Pacquiao has never failed a test is silly.
