He's saying that if you accuse Floyd of ignoring the rules you have to accuse Manny based on the logic you presented.

They are called negotiations for a reason, and wheather U like Floyd or not. The fact of the matter is, that "If you have nothing to hide then WHY NOT TAKE THE DAMM TEST WHENEVER!?!?!?!?"
