Even if this was true, what difference does it make?

It's on the table NOW... so who cares when it was proposed.

              From the above article:

The source also claimed that Pacquiao's camp made a request for both sides to cover up any information if a test result came back positive. Tim Smith, a well-known veteran boxing writer, would not have printed the information unless it came from someone involved in the negotiations.

That is pretty damning. It is not proof, but it is damning all the same.

So with all the documented lies and silly excuses that have come from team Pacquiao, you still keep your head in the sand in favor of hating on Mayweather? Come on man, aren't you better than that? If Mayweather is lying, then why hasn't Pacquiao called his bluff and jumped on the 14 day cut off? The reason that Pacquiao has given for not agreeing to random testing is that he thinks that a test a day or 2 before the fight will weaken him. Well there's no chance that he will be weakened 14 days after a blood test, so what's the excuse now?

Pacquiao will not be weakened 14 days out and even if he was...so will Floyd, so its even. Its minimal blood anyway, I can't imagine an athlete of his caliber going weak from that, fighters get cut in fights and lose blood and fight on real strong. The implication of this decision by Arum & Pac is really interesting along with Ariza I recall saying (he) takes "different mixes"..."so he doesn't really know what's in his body..." (?) Mayweather just sees a guy getting his eardrum broken and fighting like nothing and wonders...can't blame him for that.

to chicken floyd's camp and all his idiotic fans: is manny pacquiao found positive of any ped's? if the answer is yes, you have all the right to demand this never-heard in professional boxing "olympic-style" drug test. but since manny pacquiao is clean... clean.. and clean, you have absolutely no reason to demand such a testing unless all of you are afraid that pacquiao will knockout chicken floyd cold.

pacquiao will knockout chicken floyd within six rounds. in boxing, offense is the key to winning, not running, hugging!, trashtalking.
