Mayweather-Pacquiao fell apart on Wednesday after the two camps could not agree on the cut-off date for random blood tests. After a nine-hour mediation on Tuesday in California, Pacquiao's camp proposed a cut-off period of 24-days before the fight, while Mayweather's camp wanted a cut-off of 14 days. If this fight doesn´t get made, this article has a point about negotiations going sour after that.

I bet Pacquiao never even knew such an offer was offered by the Mayweather camp. Bob just simply hates Floyd; plain and simple.
This could very well be a true statement. I'm on Floyd's side with the testing. But I believe Pac is a warrior who will fight anybody they put in front of him. Which is why I was very surprised when he didn't agree to the blood test, and I started to doubt whether or not he was clean. But I think it's more Roach and Arum who didn't want this fight. Roach never wanted the fight in march, and arum just never wanted to fight Mayweather at all. What we need is just one governing body so these crooked promoters can be cut from the equation. That way boxing can continue to thrive, and we as boxing fans can enjoy the best fights.

What is this fat **** talking about? Realistically it shouldn't even have been an issue to begin with, seeing that the the NSAC does not require any testing beyond their standard tests.
The NSAC also doesnt require you to weight 145 for a 147 title fight. Each side can ask for whatever the hell they want. It has nothing to do with the NSAC.

Guys you are missin the point here....if floyd is lying and he didn't offer a 14 day cut-off before mediation or during mediation......he is still offering it now......if he didn't offer it when he said he did and is just making it up surely Arum and Pac would call his bluff now??? BUT WE ALL KNOW THATS NOT THE CASE......DEEP DOWN EVEN THE *******S KNOW IT
