Seriously dude, you didn't even make a point here. You Pac fans have got to be a bunch of teenage Filipino's that don't know boxing and wont give a crap about it after Pac is gone.

And Pac avoids drug testing out of fear he will get caught.

If such and such didn't ask for 50/50.

If such and such hadn't requested those ridiculous weight infraction penalties.

The bottom line is that everything was kosher until Pac refused.
There were no issues with the 50/50, gloves, ring, and not even the ridiculous $10 mill penalty. But the bigger difference is that there are no rules or regulations with the 50/50, gloves, ring, and weight penalty other than what the boxers have agreed upon. There is a rule and regulation set for drug testing that Floyd himself have been taking througout his whole career which is only urine test. You can't just change the rules. Yet still Manny did compromised by agreeing to take a blood test.

my point is point dexter is that pac has fought the best, and has never had a problem with making big fights in the past. Floyd on the other hand is known for this, its his trdemark. what sets him apart. his expertise. do you understand now?

              1. Why were there no issues with it?

              2. False. NSAC has rules in place for weight penalties as well as mandated glove size (in conjunction with the sanctioning body), among other things.

You did not read all the relevant informations regarding this BS as of yet huh.

Read them and come back later...perhaps in a week.

Get your facts straight jackass. Manny agreed to a blood test that is not required by the Nevada commission. To be more specific, Manny agree to 3 blood test, one before the press conference, one 24 days before the fight, and one right after the fight. Furthermore, you can't avoid the standard drug test, you can't fight if you don't take it and Manny as well as Floyd have been taking it and passes all the time.

I've gone through this with you before. NSAC does have a rule in place for weight penalties, but they don't have a rule on whether the boxers can raise the penalty. Just like they don't have a rule on what size gloves they can use as long as they have the proper gloves on.
