haha, they have no case, the courts might have something to take up with arum and pacquiao, but i don't see how floyd could take manny to court and have anything hold up.
there wasn't a direct attack on mayweather's career and character. there wasn't a public wide witch hunt for anything about floyd, unlike what is still going on with people accusing manny for hgh, roids, and ped's.........
pacquiao has way more of a case than floyd on anything as of right now, but like i said, the courts might have something to square up with team pacquiao though.

Not only that Arum broke out the news to everyone about the mediation when it was STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, and was agreed by both sides that it will remain that way.
Now read SLOWLY the ORIGINAL POST and if you still dont think they have a good case then your a *******.
In a defamation case you can sue for FUTURE lost earnings and please show me where Arum brought Mayweathers character into disrepute. Aslo read these boards everyday and you can see they have hurt Mannys reputation.
