Actually I know for a fact that Arum will release a statement:

As usual if he was wrong or caught lying there will be a lot of profanity in it...

He will also question the judge... because he was drinking a cup of tea with DLH.

He will go on by saying that Mayweather has a history of ducking (well every history has to start at a certain point... Mayweather became a ducker right after he left Arum and Pacquiao now, as it seems huh)

He also has a history of fighting nobodies that why he wants no part of Manny who he knows would beat him

haha, they have no case, the courts might have something to take up with arum and pacquiao, but i don't see how floyd could take manny to court and have anything hold up.

there wasn't a direct attack on mayweather's career and character. there wasn't a public wide witch hunt for anything about floyd, unlike what is still going on with people accusing manny for hgh, roids, and ped's.........

pacquiao has way more of a case than floyd on anything as of right now, but like i said, the courts might have something to square up with team pacquiao though.
