Written or oral statements made by one person to another, and made public ("published"), which tend to bring the character or reputation of that person into disrepute.

Arum lied about the mediation and how Al Haymon and Golden Boy Promotions "TRIED to Convince Mayweather but Mayweather refused the fight" this is supported by two articles in which seperately Al Haymon and the Judge both imply that Bob Arum and Team Pacquiao made False Allegations against Mayweather.
The Federal Judge/Mediator was picked by Bob Arum himself and GBP agreed to it as hehas resolved their problems before (Toprank and GBP).
What should they Sue For?
1.) For spreading false information and making Mayweather look bad by damaging his name/reputation in the media through his LIES and Bull****/False allegations.
2.) The mediation was a confidential proceeding. Any comments to the press or public by participants in the mediation purporting to the report the substance or details of the mediation are violations of the strict confidentiality to which the parties and their representatives agreed. Team Pacquiao has clearly violated this and Mayweather and his team didn't talk about it respecting the agreement until
Arum broke out the news to EVERYONE about the mediation when it was STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, and was agreed by both sides that it will remain that way. Floyd respected that and kept quiet during the negotiations, until Arum made up bull**** about him and got exposed by the Judge and Al Haymon.

Now who do you believe the mediator (former federal judge) and Al Haymon, or Bob Arum the greedy scumbag who has a HISTORY of LYING because his he only cares about what goes in his pocket and says just about anything (does not use his head). Arum made floyd look bad in the media through his LIES, and floyd actually has a very good CASE to file a lawsuit against him. He would also have witnesses and documents to produce that both sides agreed to a mediator and agreed it would be STRICTLY confidential meeting, yet the Arum came out with information totally false and also alleged that GBP and Haymon "tried to convince Mayweather but he still ducked the fight" which somewhat damaged Floyd's reputation.

MAYWEATHER AND HIS TEAM DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND FOLLOWED THIS, YET BOB ARUM CAME UP WITH LIES/FALSE ALLEGATION/VIOLATING THE STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE MEDIATION.
The mediator just did his job because incorrect/false allegations were made, and any misinformation was made the mediator said he would correct it, which he did, props to him.
