Just agree to take the random tests but set a date that the last test before the fight can not be any later than 14 days before the fight? Not 24 days that leaves too many days to bring up su****ion. Then set a clause for Floyd in the contract where if Manny comes out clean regardless if he wins the fight or loses Floyd has to pay him $5 mill. Now if Floyd won't agree to that then we know why Floyd is demanding these tests.

its closer to the fight and I am pretty sure that Floyd would agree to that now that would leave manny to agree
we are not talking testing the day of or the day before not even the week of but two weeks before

They got nothing to hide. Its that Pacquaio actually has pride in his self and is very superstitious. He lost against Morrales when he had a blood test right before his fight.

Don't forget pacquaio wants to win, and not give floyd any mental advantage. People see 40 millions dollars and see it walking away from. But fail to see pass the money and forgot all about honor. Actually pacquaio is hurting floyd more because floyd is the one who has money problems and needs this fight while pacquaio at least handled his money alot better.

And also no Blood test has caught anybody with HGH, PEDS. All the major athletes that has been caught were from urine(rashard lewis, shawn merriman) or from confession(arod, jason giambi, shane mosley)
