My point is that if manny agrees to the 14 days before the fight cut off and stipulates at least $1mill for testing clean win lose or draw and Floys still doesnt agree then that will settle the whole he said she said

Al Haymon, Golden Boy and Richard Schaefer all agreed on the 24 cut off date and told mayweather to accept it and Floyd turned it down. The bottom line is FLOYD turned down what everyone agreed on.

Just agree to take the random tests but set a date that the last test before the fight can not be any later than 14 days before the fight? Not 24 days that leaves too many days to bring up su****ion. Then set a clause for Floyd in the contract where if Manny comes out clean regardless if he wins the fight or loses Floyd has to pay him $5 mill. Now if Floyd won't agree to that then we know why Floyd is demanding these tests.

I personally beleive that Manny is dirty because if he weren't he and his camp would make a proposal like this to flip the script but it looks like they have something to hide.

Yes it's Floyd and that's the reason why. The guy who makes sure a fighter is not at his best before fighting him. The guy who comes in overweight....the guy who makes you come to his weightclass. The guy with the father who accuses you of steroids when 11 NSAC tests says you're clean.

This is a 50/50 fight....you wanna make sure you are 100% prepared, mentally physically. As per Pac...he is not comfortable with blood drawn in the day of the fight. He believes that's how he lost to Morales.....besides all the other excuses he has....I don't care...if that's what he believes then that's what it is. Floyd is taking advantage of this superstition to up one on Pac. It's as ridiculous as having Floyd take an HIV test and have a psychological doctor check him up if he's gay. It has nothing to do with anything. It's either you want to fight Pac or you don't want to.
