floyd done all he could do for 40M, manny has doen all he could do to not get 40M.

it ain't nothign wrong with having your opponent take blood test or illegal substance whether they have a history or not. Something is wrong with not agreeing to give a blood test
    good post.

What about Pac agreeing to random blood test if NSAC does the testing.

And the only reason why Pac doesnt want to use USADA is cause Oscar and the the CEO of the USADA are buddies..

And by Pac agreeing to random blood test. You can see that Pac is trying to make the fight happen too..

        exactly.
no, YOU believe he is clean.....after this whole fiasco, most "objective" observers really don't know what to believe.....like dude said, only the guilty or illogical throw away a 40 million dollar payday over a drug test...
$75,000 is only the minimum award amount. It could even reach into the millions of dollars. And it's not just about the money involved in this lawsuit. It's the principle behind the "Smear Campaign" that will be looked upon and judged. It will be a victory for Team Pacquiao when justice is finally served on the guilty. JAT

pac has never agreed to random BLOOD tests....he's agreed to random URINE tests. As far as blood tests go, they've agreed to one before the press conference, one AFTER the fight, and one 30 days before the fight.

GBP has announced that the USADA doesn't have to conduct the tests....they've already said that they would work with Top Rank, to find a company both sides can agree on.....Top Rank insists on NO RANDOM BLOOD TESTING, unless the NSAC decides it is needed.

We all know that ain't happening....by doing that, the NSAC will be admitting that their own testing policies, are insufficient....

one side has done everything to find common ground in order to make this fight happen......the other side refuses to bend, and basically wants everything on their own terms.

the sad thing is, most pacquiao fans, would rather him win court battles, and win negotiation conflicts, rather than seeing him give an inch to mayweather, so the fight can get done, and we can see who wins in the ring.....

          it's disheartening....

that's why at this point, i wish mayweather would DROP the testing demands, make the fight, beat pacquiao's ass, and all of you can crawl back into the holes you came from.

the funny thing is, pacquiao is suing FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR. also. correct me if i'm wrong, but mayweather JR. has never accused pacquiao of anything, all he has asked for, in the contract, is random blood testing....doesn't seem like there's grounds for a lawsuit there.......

isn't also funny, how pacquiao is deciding to "sue" everybody, but at the same time, negotiate a fight, with paulie malinaggi? is there nothing hypocritical there, or can pac fans just not see it?

like i said, you guys are more happy with courtroom and negotiation victories, than seeing both sides give in so the fight can get made, and we can see who's better inside the ring, not the courtroom, not at the negotiation table.

pacquiao wants to sue mayweather sr? fine. but suing Jr., who has done nothing, and not agreeing to be tested, won't help his case much.

It's called "COMPLICITY" (Involvement in wrongdoing: involvement with another in doing something illegal or wrong.)

Not at all. I'll be glad to see that justice is served on the guilty. You fail to see that it's the Mayweather and Associates burden to provide absolute proof to validate their allegation(s). If they cannot, they will lose this case and will be forced to pay damages.

As with the fight, I'll be glad to see it made but I don't think it will be for this coming March though I could be wrong. JAT
