OR if manny wouldve just said yes....its a bigger deal that manny said no then floyd asking for the test.....whats the difference between asking for a roids test and having someone from your camp go to the opposing fighters locker room to check on him while he gets his handsw****d?? you want it to be fair right? are they damaging boxers man hood when they have someone from the other camp making sure you dont cheat???
i dont think pac is on roids but you people are weirdos defending him with every possible excuse when everyone in their right mind feels like its mannys fault...
All of us agree that it is for the good of the sport but sad to say we are all irrelevant with regard to the issue at hand. But you may ask, who is relevant? Floyd and his camp are relevant.
As i have adverted to in my other posts, too much has been said about this issue of random testing but we have yet to find one who has taken the cudgels to bring this one up to the proper forum. Floyd and his group is an interested party..Why not file a petition before the governing body to make this random testing mandatory to all concerned? Yes, parties may negotiate on whatever terms they want under the sun. People here are arguing why is it that Pac's camp asked for a penalty of 10M for every pound over the contracted weight? The amount may be too much but, still, asking for this, i.e. penalty per se, is not unprecedented. On the other hand, asking for extra testing in addition to the prevailing test IMHO is unprecedented, thus, the refusal..There is still time..If Floyd's camp is in good faith, why not file a petition before the governing body and start the application thereof with the Mosley-Berto fight. Do you think Pac's camp will oppose the petition? I don't think so because the petition will be all encompassing that it will bind all professional boxers, not only Floyd and Pac...Comment

Under a different set of facts/ circumstances, i will agree with you but not in this one where the accusation about Pac being on roids came ahead of the request for random blood testing..It is easy to say that "Oh Pac, you could have just said yes and we have a fight". But that is not the scenario here..no great fighter worth his salt will agree to said request after having been prematurely accused in the press..A fight of this magnitude should have been delicately negotiated where either party must have kept everything that has been agreed or disagreed upon within the confines of the negotiating table until the contract is signed.
