    Carry on.

Actually its not. It shows many fighters in history had phobia's and superstitions. Pac isn't the first and he won't be the last.

I agree, no blood should be taken within 72 hours, as it may have mental effects on the fighter. But the staircase, if it was only 20 stairs, ANY top athlete shouldn't be affected by that.

Not the needles, but being afraid of being weakened from blood being drawn so close to fight time. Whether it be true or not, its still in his head. At that level any psychological doubts could be disastrous. Besides, anything they're looking for would be detected a week before or right after the fight.

I totally agree with the psychological part. And exactly, it's not like you can add the steroids just 72 hours before the fight and then just become superman.

In fact, i never said that pac shouldnt take random blood tests, read my first posts in boxingscene and you see that i am far from a *******, but i dont think random blood testing is needed within 72 hours and there are urine tests that can pick up some masking agents.......to think that pac would stop and go with cycling many times is preposterous. That is why i said before that a compromise should be met.

Please excuse the sarcastic, condescending tone of my earlier replies. You are obviously not just another random, bile-spewing, teenaged ******* on a mission.

Look mang, that he is demanding a period of time prior to the event w/o even the possibility of blood-testing makes me su****ious especially given the stakes involved.

Again, my apologies for my earlier tone.
