Mayweather would DOMINATE Sergio Martinez.

Breakdown the fight Martinez vs. Mayweather in the ring.

Mayweather walks backwards trying to lure Martinez into walking into a straight right. This works once or twice until Martinez adjusts and counters with a right uppercut as Floyd leans over after throwing the right to avoid punches.

Floyd tries the leaping left hook but again, I think Martinez counters with his own right hook while leaning to the left; Martinez adjusts well in the ring to what the opponent does. He will use his reach advantage to keep Mayweather from being effective and eventually be able to time Mayweather as he attempts to jump in to strike.

Mayweather is not a pressure fighter and will not work Martinez like Williams did. Martinez ties up on the inside in case Mayweather tries to bring it there but it will be a distance chess match. A few flush hits and Mayweather goes to the canvas- Martinez hits harder than anyone he would have ever faced.

My analysis- slow fight with Martinez winning and possibly dropping Mayweather once.

I'll repeat what I said in the other thread.

Martinez will have 3" height and 4" reach on Floyd. He's got a bigger frame, more power, and for his size, he's very fast. Is he as fast as Floyd, no, but he can box, and Floyd will have to get inside his reach. It's also pretty ludicrous to suggest Sergio would fight Floyd in the same manner he fought Williams.

Martinez by UD or late KO. Floyd's been showing a pretty good chin, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt in that area. It isn't out of the question that Sergio could score a clean, early KO based on the size difference.

How did he fight Oscar..who also had the same advantages...and Oscar hits harder then sergio and will be heavier...FLOYD BOXED HIS OFF HIS SHOULDERS.

Martinez is soooooooooo easy to hit...its easy to doge Williams and Cintrons Punches..try dropping ur hands and dodging Floyds....his eyes will be purple in no time.

Floyd doesnt have to get inside his reach....HE DOESNT HAVE A GOOD JAB....its not fast and its not strong.

No he does not... WTF are you talking about? Again are you talking about P4P sense or at 154? P4P yes Oscar hits harder. But, at 154 no he does not. Martinez has the power over him, Martinez is also faster, this version of Martionez had more skills than that version of Oscar, had better reflexes better agility, quicker feet, is fresher, more ability, and then to top it off Martinez is a southpaw you can not really compare the two...
