I have no proof Pac is cheating. I have no proof Floyd is cheating. Both of them should take the tests. Every fighter should ideally take the tests.

The NSAC testing is not good enough. Undoubtably people have cheated the system and fought having used PEDs or some form of doping. I have no idea which fighters, but there is a very good possibility that people slipped through the system. It raises the same questions of the fairness of the sport, the same way it did in MLB, the Olympics, Cycling etc.
it wasnt directed at you, i've edited it

anyway what's the assurance that USADA is the legit one for testing?

Didn't Marion Jones got away from it?

This proves why 100000 per lb needs to be encforced. So the tens of millions of dollars of promoting and advertising doesnt get wasted by Manny opting out since Floyd's decided he doesnt need to make the contracted weight. **** man, its almost crazy how far floyd fans will go to defend him. is his middle name Jesus Christ?
how much did floyd weigh in?146
what weight does floyd fight at?147
what weight is the manny-floyd fight at?147
is manny not considering fighting a 154 fighter after makin a 147 fighter fight at 145?
has floyd ever not made weight for a fight at 147?

Its obvious to anyone who doesn' have hate blinders on that Pac just doesn't want to fight Floyd right now. He saw how easily he outclassed JMM a fighter who gave Pac hell. Maybe he will fight him later on.

floyd came above the agreed weight before. manny has never failed a drug test, nor there is evidence of him being on PED's.

What the **** do you call that?

When has Floyd ever came into a fight scheduled at 147 and came in over ??????

Last I checked this is a 147 Pound fight..a weight Floyd makes comfortably....

Most boxing fights dont even gross 10,000,000 dollars..yet a boxer has to pay his opponent that much for every single pound...are you friggin kidding me?

Thats fair?....That gets no mention at all.

So Floyd has to pay Manny 100,000,000 million dollars if ten pounds over???

                GTFOH.

I dont see any *******s talking about this.

yea its because Floyd showed in his last fight he wont bother to make weight. It's not like Pacquiao has shown any evidence of being roided.

And Floyd said yes no problem in a heartbeat , while Manny refused what was asked of him and then the world focused squarely on him as a result of that , more fool Manny , he could have got so much positive publicity out of this but nope , he did it his way and will have to accept the consequences of that decision .

being asked to provide assurance against something you have just done shouldn't be a problems and it's hard to get upset about, especially when you initailly asked for the fight to be at 154.

Being asked to jump through hoops never before heard of for something you have never done and you have 15 tests to back you up on the other hand it pretty offencive.

Personnally i would have took the tests, but you know that Floyd would have put another hurdle in the way anyway he don't want the fight period, it was just a matter of finding something to stop it going ahead.

First, if it didn't affect the fight, why not just come in on the contracted weight? second, how would you know it didn't affect the fight. There is a reason fights are fought at set weights. And when you can't or just plain won't make that set weight for a guy coming up two divisions you're a cheater and it most certainly affects the fight.
