    Shane Mosley vs Paul Williams

I'm starting to think Shane could very well win this fight by KO. I re-watched the Williams and Martinez fight and P will has some flaws. His biggest Flaw is that he doesn't use his Jab enough. With a Jab like that, he should be destroying guys with ease. But he does not. He chooses to Brawl and if he Brawls with Shane i believe Shane will KHTFO

The fight looks lot more winnable for Mosley after we were reminded about how human Paul Williams is.

Yes, I believe he would beat him like Margarito, probably not as dominant though.

Agreed! But it looks like he is no different from those two frauds pbf and pacq. Take the fights I think I can win and avoid the ones the fans want that I could lose.

          Williams UD.

He is stylistically all wrong for Mosley.

If you read the insider notebook from last Thursday, you would see that Mosley has a change of tune about this potential match up. People have to remember that Mosley turned down quite a bit of money to fight Margarito back in the day. But does that mean that he wasn't capable of beating him? I thought it was a ****** thing to do though because he got peanuts compared to that first offer to fight him when the economy got bad.

              Hard to say.

Mosley could very well be the best fighter Williams has ever fought. Mosley's fast and has a good punch. I don't see him knocking Williams out, though.

On the other hand, Williams is a tall fighter and has a huge reach advantage. Mosley isn't good against naturally bigger guys (ie. Forrest and Wright). I can't see Williams knocking Mosley out, either.

In the end, I think I'd go with Williams by decision.

When I seen Martinez using that jab to Williams midsection. It opened Williams up for that right hand. That's one of Mosley favorite moves. I also think Williams will be a weak WW. If Mosley gets passed Berto. Which I feel he will and can't get Pac or Floyd. He will take on Williams

If there is a welterweight who can beat the Punisher,it's Mosley, don't think he can though, but if there were,it would be him!!

Now see, because you don't pay attention to opening posts you missed the boat. GunzNButter already explained that Paul doesn't fight tall. He gets inside and elects to brawl. So stylistically he isn't all wrong for Mosley. Physically he is because he has the height and reach to give Shane major problems, but odds are he'd elect not to use them and fight his usual ****** fight and probably would get stopped by Shane.

On the other hand though you can never be sure because Williams did fight an intelligent fight once. It was against Margarito. He used his reach and fought on the outside and clinched when Margarito got inside. So Paul is capable of beating Shane, the question is would he be smart enough to do it?
