This not that complicated , Manny is refusing random , and he dont want to be tested inside 30 days , how can he be saying he agrees to Olympic testing but then dictates how it is done and when .

Anyway we could go around for ever just wish they would just sort it out and make the fight happen .

    Thanks for some civil comvo
Me too, i just want this thing to happen, maybe both parties just went of the wrong step..

PBF Sr. said in an interview - "I don't think that he (PacMan) can beat Little Floyd with steroids in him or not. He don't [sic] have that kind of talent or that kind of skill -- whatever he has in him."

Now prove to the world that your Little Floyd can beat PacMan based on what you said!!

          1. Both BLOOD AND URINE TESTING throughout the training camps are the most effective. And they must be random so the athlete does not know when to "prepare" for them.

          2. HGH can help an athlete in becoming STRONGER (YOU KNOW THAT). IT can also help an ahtlete http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HGH_tre...ic_enhancement If PACQUIAO used HGH, it helped him 1.add muscle mass, 2. become stronger, 3.be resistant to injuries.

people can be so dumb and blind sometimes.

DON'T LET YOUR EMOTIONS GET IN THE WAY OF THINKING CLEAR BITCHES.

Pacquiao is on something. That's why he does not want to do the RANDOM testing.

And don't give me that PRINCIPLE excuse. We all know how ANGELIC Pacquiao is >>> http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=341842

And don't give me that INTRUSIVE excuse. The guy has time to **** Krista Ranillo while cheating on his wife, but can't make time for some blood tests?!

And don't give me that weakening excuse. He is now a welterweight and consumes over 7,000 calories/ day, so he is far from getting weight drained.

So when would be a good time for Mr. Pacquiao?

it could be a mental thing, the only time he lost in 10 years was when he had a blood test before a fight, why would he take any risk in the biggest fight of his life.
