    The lawsuit aint going anywhere.

You have to prove that there was an actual attempt to harm the person while knowing full well that what you were saying was not true. In other words, Sr just stating his opinion that he thinks Manny is on something can truly just be his opinion. Its not illegal to give a reporter your opinion of a situation, even when you have no actual proof and it paints someone in a bad light.

    Sorry its just not.

In this case they would also have to prove that any actual business opportunities were lost due to those allegations. Can any of you show me those lost opportunities? Is there proof that any such opportunities have been lost because of what those guys said?

People misunderstand the system a bit I think. In those case you have to prove that there was knowledge and malicious intent in specific lies, and then you have to prove that those lies cost you a certain amount of tangible harm. Its not enough a his "public perception" took a hit.

Its alot of stuff to prove.

All I see so far are guys stating their opinions and speaking on rumors within the boxing community.

NFL and MLB has so much more class than the boxing community.

You rarely hear of athletes and superstar athletes call other athletes out without evidence or proof. It is unethical and they can be fined or suspended if it they did it with no proof. (except Canseco but they were actually guilty)

These accusations FEEL wrong and deliberate. And there is also a lot of content via audio, video, and text in which Manny's lawyers can choose from to close the deal on the Mayweather and GBP team.

false accusations is the biggest ***** move one can make, it's what girls do when they're jealous of another.

and taking your accusers to court is the best and only move to make, because that makes them OWN UP to their words and accusations, which they can't prove, all the while pacquiao is putting himself out there for everyone to see in this court case because no stone will be left unturned. both sides have time for their " DUE DILIGENCE " so no information will be left out.

the lawsuit has more on the line than the damn fight now, i'm more interested in the lawsuit now than i am for the actual fight, because now we get to see people squirm who lie about another with no proof.

the lawsuit put it all in the place where pacquiao's accusers can't hide, they need to ANSWER FOR THEMSELVES.

this is what happens, getting sued, when you think your running of the mouth and saying **** without any filter is ok and without consequence!!!!

the defendants are having their ***** move blow up in their face, and maybe even their wallets........

"Manny tarnished his own image by refusing the tests."

This logic is pathetic. All civilised countrys' laws are based on the precept that you are innocent until proven guilty.
The Mayweather camp have created a burden of guilt with their random contractual demand.
I think it was quite a sly move by them but it has backfired due to Manny's stubborn nature and they have been bitten in the ass by it.

Manny will walk away with $$$ without fighting.

Expect to see a lawsuit from the Nevada authorities too as their professionalism has been defamed.

            Oopsy.

Roger Mayweather: "I KNOWhe got something in his system anyways. We gon find out when these REAL doctors have him take the tests."

That's at least 1 down. Uncle roger stated his opinion as FACT with every intent to damage the character of Pacquiao by implying all his previous drug tests are illegitimate because he'd never been tested by real doctors.

If Roger believe not real doctor he just give his opinion , for example many you believe is false but you say because believe is true , this concept allowed in free world , your point fly out window with case .
