Your 1st example is completely off the mark. Your 2nd example is right on but skewed.

You dont have to wait for Arod's bat to break to see. Anyone with authority in MLB has the right to inspect his bat to find out. Just as in boxing trainers have every right to watch the opposing fighter get his hands wrapped to ensure they're not loaded.

Those doctors that have given tests to Pacquiao that came back negative are the exact same doctors that tested him when he was fighting, the same doctors that tested the fighter he now trains, and the same doctors that tested Vargas and Chavez jr that came back positive.

He knows perfectly well those are real doctors. They just werent real enough for him at the moment because he was trying to push an agenda.
