Ok they have Floyd Jr saying that the Philliphines has the best PEDs. He didn't say Manny used PEDs but said the country in which he comes from produces the best Peds so how will this affect Floyd Jr in any form. It sounds frivilous at best. Im no laywer and dont know slander laws and such. All i know is papers have had to give stars big payouts for untruths.
