they could still fight. However, Freddie Roach claimed that they would not go through with the fight if Mayweather came in over the limit. The point is asking for a penalty like that is as outrageous as Mayweather asking for random blood tests, but none of the Pac worshippers on this site had anything negative to say about that stipulation.
