eastern culture is not materialistly driven, not even japan where gadgets are all the rage, to them it's like a hobby not a way of life, honour and family are everything.
I have been to japan, what you ****ing typed up there is a flatout lie. There is a difference between knowing the path and taking it.

Japanese women expect their counterparts to make and have a certain amount of money to provide for them, i remember memebers of the Japanese Self Defense Force having all sorts of issues and problems usually over money, and the fact that their inlaws often expressed dissaproval for their line of work as it brought in less than the median when it came to pay.

In the end, filipinos are no different than anywhere else in the world. You show a human being an oppurtunity to bring in cash for whatever type of deed and work, 9 times out of 10 they will take it. For a fighter than haggles over purse splits, threatens to pull out over money, and lives a lavish lifestyle of women, money and everything under the sun.

Also, considering the rabid crime rate in the phillipines, multiplied by sect violence, robberies etc, i wouldnt say they are the model society for whats "good" and "prideful". Those are just principles to live by, it doesnt mean everyone does it. Im not trying to single out the phillipines, im just being truthful.

Every culture, including america has a set of principles in which half the people dont follow, but to put us under the microscope, man **** that. ESPECIALLY since pac makes most of his money here. In filipino fans dont like what this country is, or what we stand for, then he can fight in manila, and he never needs to make another ****in american dollar ever again.

Most Americans who come out against Pacquiao aren't doing so because of the money involved...They're angry because the Fight of the Millennium is being called off due to what would end up being a minor inconvenience to Manny...

Per USADA rules (from their own quarterly newsletter), only about a half tablespoon would be taken, total and there would likely be only 2 blood tests within 30 days of the fight...Manny would likely shed more blood in a sparring session than what would be asked of him.

You used the example of Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell....

Why would a Jamaican be tested by the UNITED STATES Anti-doping agency?

Actually, in Powell's case, he agreed to voluntarily take part in an anti-doping project sponsored by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) so he was tested double the normal amount by the IOC and the IAAF...

You can write what you like and believe what you want, but could the Pacquiao fans stop insulting American culture in their defense of a man who has already proven himself to be an untrustworthy husband and business partner (just ask his wife and Golden Boy, respectively)?.

Because the USADA is a subsidiary of the WADA. The WADA oversees all agencies regarding Olympic testing. So the USADA answers to WADA protocols and policies. Therefore Asafa Powell being tested under one Olympic agency would mean no difference who did it. It was all done under the WADA's testing procedures.

I hate the feeling that the western word would do anything for money over pride or Honor, Everyone is an individual and that individual defines himself not a whole country, I wouldnt necessarily bring culture into the situation that we have here, I think that contradict everything from Manny Pacquiao's point of view especially in his previous fights, Manny Pac has fought over money more than Mayweather in their last 3 fight altogether, Every boxer is in boxing because of money nothing to do with pride, Honor or principles.

                  Again:

Asafa Powell chose to be a volunteer in an anti-doping program which resulted in him being tested double the normal amount...

Typical USADA protocol is two blood tests within what would be the 30 day, pre-fight period.

Testing after the fight is pointless, 30 days before is also pointless...When you agree to random testing, you can't decide when to take the test...but this is beside the point...

Nobody with common sense is buying the "it goes against Filipino principles" excuse...and bashing Americans and our culture is no way to win people over...

The article is a joke to me personally and it just go to show how people get influence by a little biase. So everyone is suppose to give in to Pac's demand because he has all the pride,Honor and principles in the world because he's Filipino???

Where was all the honor when he was fighting Cotto at 145 for a 147 championship belt?? And even getting the Organisation to sanction it??

Why doesnt he say to his Team "Am a man of honor and principle am the challenger and i would fight the man without any restriction at the weight limit set by the rules of boxing"
