I didn't say he is drained. I said he rehydrates less than before.

At 130, he was going up by maybe 10-14 lbs. That's up to 10% body weight from weigh in to in ring.

At 144 he goes up 5 lbs. That's 3% from weigh in to the ring.

Remember these % are water weight.

Ofcourse he will be stronger at 144 than 130.

Also he didn't hit the high end of each weight in his last 3 weights. He can make 140 IMO.

I have never seen Pacquiao out of shape ever. Even when he was at featherweight and would be around the 140s in between fights he was still ripped.

You could be right, but Pac knew he had it won. No need to KO a guy who was planning to be a lawyer or some ****? I forgot what he wnated to do lol

Yeah I agree that it doesn't mean there will be success. I do however think that if you can do great agaisnt hof'ers in the lower weights, you can handle some champs in the higher depending on who they are.

For example I think Mosley, Williams and Mayweather have a great chance on beating him at 147.

Mayweather has a style that allowed him to do so aswell. He's still fast and beat people on that basis in the higher weights, but a Baldomir at 147 is a different ballgame to a Mosley or Margarito for example.

I thought 35 was his best weight. He looked 'just right" there.

Shame he moved up too, there are a lot of good fights for him there. Katsidis, Valero, JMM, Soto, etc...

Nah. 135 was his best weight imo. he only looked ripped at 126-130, and bulky at 140-144, but at 135 dude looked to be in the best shape ever. Truth be told I do not like Pacquiao at welterweight. He looked slower than usual against cotto.

I agree at 135 VS Diaz he looked good. He was ripped and not as bulky. Roach just knew about Oscar not having a trigger or whatever and took it at 147 for the bigt money but he would have had good fights at 135. I doubt he can make it now, but there's always a chance, he made Diaz at 135 exactly.

Weird that you 2 say that because before Pacquiao faced Oscar, Roach said Pacquiao couldn't even make 135. He looked really good against David Diaz but David Diaz ain't nothing.
