Co-sign. Also the Barerra pic was taken from the side which makes him look smaller than he actually was. Pacquiao looked much bigger than Barerra on fight night. Pacquiao was bigger than all of his opponents in the lower weights.

I read it but I don't buy into the he rehydrates to 147-148, so he should be able to move up better. Joan Guzman was knocking people out at 122. At 126/130 his power was decent. At 135, I didn't see the power. Mind you, Joan Guzman would also rehydrate to 146/148. Overall, he couldn't perform anywhere near as good as he did in the lower weights.

Corrales would also blow up to 147. Mind you, Corrales was a one punch knock out artist at 130. He didn't get better as he moved up. Throw JLC into that same boat.

There are alot of other examples, I'm sure Clottey isn't gonna be more effective at 154. Cintron doesn't even look good at 154, Margarito ain't the same dude at 154 as he was at 147. These are also dudes who blow up.

I didn't say he moved better, that he will be stronger. Guzman just faced a tall ass guy, that would be like Pac facing Paul Williams and I believe Paul has the physical advantages to win. Although Guzman got the nod.

Guzman also has a style that is far from offensive. It's a lot harder to fight defensively and KO bigger guys IMO.

Cime to think of it, I believe Pac has better speed footwork wise. Perhaps his calves are bigger and stronger?

It could be said that he recently fought guys who aren't that fast in the ring bar Hatton, and Hatton did connect a few. Cotto is pretty good but he chose to have a war.

I do believe he goes up to 148/9 and that could mean a difference of 7% extra muscle. You also showed a video of Pac VS cotto comparing him to Oscar. He does look more muscular in the Cotto fight, which I think you mentioned. Perhaps his body got use to the climb up after the Hatton fight?

Remember that Pac fought a guy who was not much bigger than him in height or reach.

Pac was beating hof'ers at the lower weights. He is good.

Cintron, Clottey and to some extent Guzman are not hof fighters. Nor have they fought hof'ers such as morales, barerra and JMM.

Pacquaio has the speed that people at 140/147 rarely see, maybe even 135. That has made a huge difference. If he didn;t have the speed, he wouldn't be winning this much.

As for Corrles, he was ko'ing people who werent great. Vs good guys, he ahd trouble. Particuylarly Clottey who won't ever get ko'd in his career imo.
