You absolute imbecile. And you've got an avatar of Paulie, good grief it's like actually conversing with him. Moronic.
Yes you read correctly, he's not coming in at the weigh-in or fight dehydrated for his latest fights. Let me explain how body mass index and weight distribution works my slow friend. There is a GREAT difference between a 144 lb. Pac at his weigh in for Cotto today and the 144 lb. Pac that used to show up on fight night for his older fights. When you go through the dehydration process you're not putting back on only solid muscle which contains moderate amounts of water, you're actually taking in a substantial amount of water that qualifies as body mass, but does not retain the qualities of muscle that would be used in a fight as a resource available to the fighter. Pac today is indeed coming in to the ring with the extra advantage of 15 or so plus pounds of PURE MUSCLE that has not been tampered with as mucle that has been tampered with while going through a dehydration muscle. There is a big difference in quality muscle mass and REHYDRATED muscle mass. This is where Paulie is getting at and this is what your inexperienced ******* brain cannot comprehend. You think that by just dehydrating and adding water one has the exact same muscular qualities as another man at an equal weight who has not gone through the dehydration process???

Pac at 144 coming into fight night pre welterweight days is not the same as Pac coming in at 144 today. You idiots have such flawed logic when using this argument.

Malignaggi knows this and is merely pointing out to the su****ion of how Pac arrived at his current state so quickly (a year is a very short timespan). And look at his head size which has definitely grown and bone structure of his cheeks and jaw which has definitely filled in as well. He's got to be on some type of physically enhancing drugs and his current actions greatly allude to his guilt by not just taking the actions of a guiltless man and submitting himself to extra tests.

NSAC does not require a blood test. Mayweather would use any Drug Testing Agency but Pacquiao wanted one in specific.
If I'm Pac why would I allowed Mayweathers to decide w/c agency it is? where as the NSAC has the full authority over it?

IF the NSAC says so, Team Pac will abide to it.

So you're accusing Pac also for using HGH/PEDs.

saying that anyone can cheat is not paranoia. for example, Kabuki Joe, anyone with a vested personal interest can bring a weapon into the court room, therefore everyone with a perceived vested personal interest goes through the metal detector..., Tell me, is that paranoia? Or good practice based on logic? In the arena when boxers fight for pay & possibly their lives, it has been proved (meaning there is precedence) that some boxers are not above cheating (that is seeking an advantage outside of the rules); therefore common sense, based on logic, not paranoia, dictates that everyone should be tested. Given professional athletes proven ability to thwart scheduled testing, random testing is the most logical application. Where is the paranoia in trying to ensure a level playing field

NSAC does not do blood drug test. It would be a private agency.

If I was Mayweather why would I allowed Pacquaio to decide which agency to use?

I would use a well known agency.

Why NSAC cannot do BLOOD DRUG TEST?

Dude, i think you didn't get my point. Team pac is willing to do it but not with Mayweathers conditions.

IF NSAC said that they should have random blood testing under USADA then Team Pac will abide by it.

Remember, Mayweather is not a king, it's not like 'Your wish is my command' type under these circumstances. Sometime you have to accept the fact that you cannot play everybody in your fingers, you cannot bully everybody all the time.

so why not accept manny's proposal and fight him in the ring?

if floyd didn't open his big mouth before this whole fiasco saying he can easily dismantle the one dimensional manny pacquiao then maybe i can believe him a little
what real place does a personal challenge have in a business where there are contracts? It equates to HYPE!! scream, threaten & challenge me all you want but we have to agree to a contract to fight. Pac's side made their stipulations and had them agreed to; Floyd's side made theirs and Pac refused-simple as that. Calling Pac easy work, & mano y mano challenges are more hype to fuel fanatic clamor for the event. The fight is in the contract & Pac walked away from it. Please, I don't mean to insult your intelligence but if you can't see past that then please don't answer my posts dude.

Paranoia can be attributed to DRUG ABUSED.
