Yes, both will be subjected to test, but the stigma of 'Roid User' is there. Somebody's reputation was on the brink of extinction just because of SU****IONS, PARANOIA, ENVY, HALLUCINATIONS, etc...

...being Filipino has everything to do with it...in 3rd world countries, if you question someone's honor (integrity), men deal with it in a different way by getting "physical", which is the way men are...in the USA where the white man has control...well really the white woman has control...you don't get physical, you get a lawyer...Manny would prefer to do it like men in the Philipines, by getting physical...but he's not taking this up in the Philipines, he's taking it up in the USA, so he's getting a lawyer...if you understand different cultures, you'd already know this...

IF the NSAC said they have to undergo random blood test then, so be it, Team Pac will abide to it. Team Pac will not follow on Mayweathers conditions dude. Team Pac cannot be bullied this time.

There are times you have to accept the fact that you cannot bully everybody all the time.
You do not understand that the Random Drug Test is being request by Mayweather in their contract. NSAC does not have anything to do with it. What about if the fight is in New York or Dallas?

So if Cotto or De La Hoya wanted they could of come at 147 or 154 just because NSAC did not require them to be at 145?

              YES OWNED!!
I understood your post very well..I quoted it..and disected each point you tried to make..YOU SAID PAC DIDNT WANNA USE MAYWEATHERS AGENCY..
when Schaefer proposed they can use another agency as long as random blood testing was still in effect..Pac STILL refused..and wanted to leave the decision up to NSAC..so he didnt agree to random blood test, did he!

Do we have to f@ckin explain to you everytime?

It's not all about the test, Floyd's father insulted, defamed manny. Manny's the champion and yet his treated already by the other camp as a su****ious fighter without even presenting even just a simple evidence. If only Senior was wise enough to not used the media as an outlet of his rant then this lawsuit would not have happened.

Instead what happened is that some of the media ride with the story and some Floyd fans are actually now believing that what Senior said was the truth. Then came Malignaggi who desperately needs media attention so he ride the bandwagon, then de la hoya came and some smear campaign articles come out like mushrooms.

"Why can't Manny just take the test?"
Manny is standing by his Filipino pride, when you say something like that you better man up. Taking the test is like agreeing to Mayweather's caprice, Manny's not even disagreeing with the test if only a proper authority is demanding it. Now the lawsuit happened, and as a sign of guilt that they've intended to maligned Manny, some of the blogs and articles are now being deleted.

                    And again...

Pac said he will subject himself to random blood testing BUT NOT with Mayweathers Drug Testing Agency and/or Mayweathers conditions.

He will do it in the accordance of the authorized agency who has the jurisdiction w/c is the NSAC. If the NSAC said that they must undergo random blood testing under USADA, then so be it, Team Pac will abide to it.

                    Got it?
                    I asked you not to answer my posts if you cannot understand but since you did I will try one more time to lead you to the point;
which is, in a fight contract between two parties (Floyd & Manny), both sides (Floyd & Manny) make conditions, both sides (Floyd Manny) have to agree to said conditions for the fight to be made... if one party (Manny) refuses to agree to a condition in the contract then that party (Manny) is responsible for the contract not being signed. good day sir

...did you notice the 3rd word in that statement, EXCESSIVE:

Excessive = going beyond the usual, necessary, or proper limit or degree; characterized by excess: excessive charges; excessive criticism.

...so, just because a handfull of boxers "cheated" EVERYONE now needs to be treated as CHEATERS...it's like saying ALL BLACK MEN BEAT THEIR WIVES...get it?...
