He will do it in the accordance of the authorized agency who has the jurisdiction w/c is the NSAC. If the NSAC said that they must undergo random blood testing under USADA, then so be it, Team Pac will abide to it.

again Schaefer proposed they could use another agency of Pacs choosing as long as the random blood testing was still in effect..and Pac still refused.. Pac didnt want to random blood test..do you not get that?

I cannot for the life of me understand why a pro athlete would pass up 40 big ones because of a drug test and thats what sounds suspect to me like Manny has something to hide.
