Neither of them really but I'd go with Floyd.

And, I could argue that by saying Oscar was old, inactive, a part time fighter and full time promoter. And, in Oscar very next fight got marked up pretty bad by a very very feather fisted Steve Forbes. Which would show how much Oscar really slowed down.

Floyd beat Hoya @ 154, now thats legit! good fight. btw, i like pac-man
          BULL****!
You think matthew Hatton would've have avoided Oscar's punches the way Pac has.?

Delahoya was game but he just couldn't land any of his punches coz Pac wasn't there in front of him to get hit.
          Styles makes fights.
Pac's southpaw style was all wrong for DelaHoya.
**** ,even that midget southpaw Calderon was rumored to have taken Oscar to school in sparring.

in that case we would have to give manny no ratings what so ever for his win over oscar, then were left to mannys win over cotto, make the ww champion fight at 145 after coming in the ring off a beating he took from clottey and he has never been the same fighter after he took that beating from margo,so i dont really give manny much ratings for his win over cotto,if he would of beat cotto before margo beat him then yea i would agree with you.so it leaves us to this again, the winner of pbf vs manny will the greatest of this eara

I honestly do not give that much credit to Pac for that win. I do give him creidit on how he won, like how dominant, and how great he looked. Nobody thought it was going to be that easy. So I give him credit on how he did it. But, not on the win if that makes any sense? Because, really Oscar was old. I think his prime began when he beat Rafael Ruelas in the mid 90's. I even think Oscar was passed his prime but still good enough when he fought Vargas. And, I felt after the Mosley rematch that was when he was done being a fighter and started focusing more on being a promoter. And, when he fought Mosley that was like 2002/2003? And, he was already passed his prime then and he fougth Pac in 2008. He was damn near shot.

I don't make that big of deal of the catch-weight cuz it has happened before. Chavez-Whitaker fought at the same catch-weight. So it has happened through out history and other fighters have gotten. So I will give credit to Pac too. I don't look at the catch-weight as that big of a deal. And, as of right now I do consider the Cotto win high. But, it also depends on what Cotto does after this. If Cotto losses to a bum next. Then you have to re-valuate how good Cotto was against Pac. But, if Cotto some how get back to the top wins another title has a few more good wins against top fighters. Then Pac should get full credit for that win.

However overall body of work you have to give it to Floyd he is 5-0 with 2 KO's. Has wins over Judah who was top 5 at the time and Floyd won a lineal belt.

So overall body>2 fights at WW. Even if one of the wins is Cotto and Floyd never fought somebody who was as good Cotto at WW. It won't matter cuz Floyd overall body of work takes this.
Cotto ain't **** man come on.. 154 Oscar ****s on Cotto and Floyds stuff at LW does too. Pacs wins over Barrera, Marquez, Morales too .. all of which is way better thn Cotto can ever hope to be.

Anyway if its best Resume AT 147 Pac probably has it, if its best Resume 147 and over Floyd certainly has it..

Cause 154 Oscar, Baldo and Judah> Cotto and Corpse Oscar

You can't say Cotto ain't ****. He was a risk... Cotto resume at WW ****s on Pac WW resume, Floyd WW resume, maybe even Shane resume at WW. You can't say Cotto ain't ****. I just disagree, I can't see that.
