i cant bench press a whole lot, which i find that as an advantage to go to a lower weight class. i can bench around 70 lbs

I figure im going to train on the heavy bag 3 mins and 1 min rest for 5 rounds to start off then work my way up to 12 rounds

And i play basketball everyday to help keep up my fitness

          Any other tips...thank you
lmao. 70 pounds? your joking. i know it. Im 16 years old 120 pounds and i can bench 170lbs

yeah.... but bench press is a good indicator of how much upper body strength you have though, start doing some push ups.

Oh okay I didnt mean nothing by it.

I would suggest getting down to a comfortable weight first.

                      www.athletes.com.

Go to the boxing section they have great workout rutines for cutting weight.

At your height I would try to get down 200 Pounds....with hard work you could do it.

Check out that webite thay have training and diet tips.
