All Floyd has to do is say that Roach has worked with Toney who has been busted twice. So his integrity for the sport isn't exactly 100%. That he is looking out for the well being of himself.

Thats irrelevant. Roach and toney has nothing to do with this case. Don't go to legal matters, that's for the lawyers.

your opinion is totally one sided, pac haters, I am not a Pac fan but a boxing fan, if it was the other way around where Pac demanded Floyd to take a blood test or any other test, do you think Floyd would do it? No, he's gonna say "I am the champ the best ever, pound for pound king, who are you to dictate me on what to do?" The only way to clean this mess is to have it mandatory by all boxing commission to have a random blood testing for all boxers amateur or professional. Why have amateur testing when the two boxers are both professional boxers?

I agree with you totally, and now I really hope this fight never happens because Floyd will have a void in his carreer, a doubt sort to speek for not fighting the best. At this point in their carreers Floyd needs Pacman, but Pacman can continue fighting without Floyd and still have a great legacy. Floyd is acting like a spoiled brat and by asking for all these tests he is showing a lack of confidence in my opinion. I say this because why didn't he make these demands with say " DLH "? Because he had no doubt that he would beat DLH, but now there is the doubt that he can lose to Pacquiao.

pac and mayweather will both have a void if they both dont face the man at welterweight, Mosley, the true welterweight champ. he beat the main man and got the main belt.

Anyways I probably know more about the law then you but I am not a lawyer so I don't really care or want argue about it. Manny's side needs to prove their case all the defendents need to do is provide doubt to that case.

If you understood case law, then you would also be able to decipher context--what I posted was a summary of what is needed in order to meet the legal definition of defamation, why did you choose to focus on the part about sexual misconduct? I guess it was an attempt at being humorous...

You know more about the law than either myself or anyone else, yet you spelled "defendant" incorrectly. I work at a law firm and just prepped for the LSAT's, but don't let logic get in the way of a good debate.

my apology if that is the case, my opinion is just that all these forums about pacquiao on PEDs or ROIDS, guilty right away. I could see the arguments for both fans' side. But, if you accuse somebody of roid, you should be man enough to admit it. Now that they formally file the suit in court, Mayweather and GBP is claiming that they did not make any accusations nor any misleading statements or opinions that Pac is on PED/Roids when their quoted so many times on the internet. Pacquiao on the other should have just say at the beginning that I am not taking the test because it's not mandatory by any commission, period, not some excuse about afraid of needle or getting weak from getting a blood test.

I think it got out of hand on both sides, but more so Mayweather's side because allegations of impropriety should include some level of evidence and success shouldn't count as evidence.

If there was a place that will dissect, analyse and expose this sort of thing, it's the court. Pacs team will have to be completely ****** to sue if they know they Pac is on roid. Ergo, he's not. If PBF wants to go the 'bitching room' instead of the ring, Pac is more than happy to oblige with the knowledge he'll come out with $millions from damages.

yes, pacquiao will eventually give blood test to win and quash floyd's camp's defense. it was mentioned only $75000 on the net but in reality this could sur mount to millions.
