They don' t need to do that, all they need to do is make sure to raise enough doubt about the case so the other side doesn't win.

I think if every one of us had a name as big as pacs name we would want to clear things up. but sometimes as much as we hate it, you have to give in to demands of others in order to clear it. a small price to pay for being a celebrity and being worth millions. i hope he gets sick pay when he has to take time off work in order to get his peds testing. just kidding, but my point being that taking them tests isnt as hard as people are making them out to be. they will come to him, take very little blood, and unless they have some flunky draw his blood it will take less than 3 minutes. maybe he will get lucky and they will get him while he is at some karaoke during training. he should have a shirt that says powered by white rice, like roach says.

how do they prove that the opinions oops i mean slandering cause him to lose millions? who is turning him down anyway? the only one turning down anything is pac by not taking the extra tests. not mandatory tests by the comission, but contracted tests. no point on hating pbf's team for these requests, unless you are the same people who hated pacs team for asking other fighters to come in 2 or 3 pounds lighter than they could barely already make. or fight at a weight they havent made for 10 years.

YOu cant accuse someone just because they are succesful and achieved more than you, which is why PBF is accusing.
People might as well not strive to achieve anything then, if all you get is grief like what Pac is getting.
It sets a bad precedent if PBF is allowed to act as he pleases.

So you mean to raise doubt in the absence of evidence? That would mean "hearsay" and circumstantial evidence? How much is enough doubt BTW. You got to convince more than half? whole jury? 75% of jury? And you think that would fly? The best possible scenario on this case is an out of court settlement. The lawyers on both sides will eat them up on fees, unless the Pacman's lawyers agreed on a maximum fees and a precentage of the award. I am sure that both side's lawyers will stretch this case to milk them out. But if you are thinking this case has no merit, you are wrong. Just in this boxingscene forum alone, bloggers are still and constantly accusing Pacman as a cheat and roids/peds user. There more internet websites, newspapers and other media that carries discussion of this fiasco. These are materal and valid evidences against the case.

What are you talking about? why would he have to prove himself clean when he is not fighting? im talking specifically about testing for this fight. i dont think they will ask him the same for every day of his life, maybe not even every fight after this one. i hope they eventually make this kind of testing mandatory for every fighter. im no doctor, but i have read that this testing is harder to cheat, and im not talking about something i read from someone's opinion here on boxscene. and what burden? 2 or three blood tests that will give him the chance of millions, i feel so sorry for that burden. im glad its not me it would be such a hard choice, millions or sue and possibly lose and look even more guilty. hard choice. you and i are a waste, just opinions that make us feel like we are contributing, but in reality we mean nothing no matter how rational or irrational we can sound. do we agree at least on that? what we say will have no difference on the court but only by taking the tests will it ease our opinionated minds.

As for Pacquiao being a public figure, his complaint cites the element of malice behind the mayweathers' allegations.
