That sounds about right! This will probably be the toughest part of Pacquiao's case. If he gets over the "actual malice" element, he's going to have to show how he came up with the 10 million dollar figure (why not 1, 5, or 20). If he wins, but cannot prove his damages, he'll walk away with nominal damages, which is essentially a pat on the back.

That's only an assumption from his veteran lawyer as per initial studies i dunno. Maybe less maybe more.
