may be this is the cost according to his country where he is expected to have some loss.

"No amount of money is specified," said Petrocelli, "but given the damage that these people have already done, it would be in the tens and tens of millions of dollars."

Now that's what Daniel Petrocelli was quoting.

That sounds about right! This will probably be the toughest part of Pacquiao's case. If he gets over the "actual malice" element, he's going to have to show how he came up with the 10 million dollar figure (why not 1, 5, or 20). If he wins, but cannot prove his damages, he'll walk away with nominal damages, which is essentially a pat on the back.

hell i want pacman to sue for 100 million.. but i aint a lawyer so i dont know shi.t why 75k only
He should sue for 100 million. He has about as much of a chance of getting that amount as he does $75,000. In a defamation suit, he has to prove, first, that the allegations were made and I don't think he can prove this against Mayweather or GBP. Secondly, if he proves that the allegations were made, he has to prove that his career was somehow damaged by the allegations. So, what that means is that, even if any of the parties he is suing actually said these things, he has to prove that their accusations hurt his career. As far as I know, his career has not been damaged, so he has no grounds for monetary damages.
