Bowe was a very good fighter, and he did achieve a lot. Unfortunately his weight combined with tough fights vs Evander ended him. By the time he fought Golota, he was already done as a top fighter.

bowe's last 3 fights were horrible to watch.280 he weighed & looked way older than he is.he needs to shut her down for good...I kind of laughed when I noticed lennox lewis at ringside for rid****s last fight in December 2008 vs pukall.

he eas eating too much, not training hard enough. But great talent. He would have beaten Lewis in 1993 i think.

People seems to forget that he signed to fight lewis in march 1995, however Lewis lost hes title against mccall in 94 and the foght was canselled.

In my personal opinion Rid**** Bowe was the most talented Heavyweight I have ever seen. His combination of size, speed, footwork, power, in-fighting and fighting at a distance is unparalleled among heavyweights. I am not saying he is the most accomplished so don't start bashing. I am saying the most physically talented.

His 2 meetings with Golota still rank highly in my top 5 favourite fights of all. :box2:

Actually, I'd go so far as to say Bowe-Golota II is my all-time favourite fight.
