What that means is there's something to do with testing Arum is avoiding this year.No one knows for sure what it is that's happening but Arum doesnt want a test for some reason. No one turns down that money for reasons being given at the momentComment

I still cant believe that top Rank and GBP are so dumb and daft to let this opportunity pass thru there hands. I am still a believer that this is no more than theatrics to hype the fight and that in January this will be signed.Top Rank's Bob Arum confirmed BoxingScene.com's recent scoop about Manny Pacquiao's possible move to 154-pounds to challenge WBA champion Yuri Foreman. Arum told the Los Angeles Times that he doesn't think a deal will get made to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. on March 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The two camps have been unable to agree on the cut-off date for random blood tests to check if both fighters are using performance enhancing drugs. [Click Here To Read More]
Having that said, if it is all true, than Manny should fire his advisors and and act because he is looking worse every day.Comment

According to GMA sports news.
Malignaggi's trainer is asking Pac to simply take the test, thats probably one reason why Foreman is back as the opponent at least Top rank fighter.Comment

What are you talking about? Not everyone that agreed Pac should take tests shared the same argument. Are you ******ed?
It's sad because I use to be a fan of Pac but this whole situation is pissing me off. Just take the test.Comment

If Pacquaio is clean he's an idiot...his refusal to take these blood tests have his own fans questioning his whole career. Imagine how Cotto feels..."Both of my losses came from potential cheaters" lolComment
