He's basically saying 'Manny needs more time for his system to clear all the roids now'.

As a matter of fact no one was expecting the fight,we thought Arum was signing Malignaggi for the fight instead so what's delaying everything.

first the "deadline" was last Thursday, then this Monday, then a new opponent for Manny was to be announced yesterday.
