If you are going to comment below my remark,make sure to respond to my statement-in a mature manner.Calling people "gayweather" and choosing bias only makes your opinion look weak.You have to be blind not to see that Manny is VERY difficult to negotiate with.He had received all demands for this fight-including the unheard of 10,000,000 dollar excess if Floyd is a fraction of a pound over the limit.Has that ever been done in history? Pacquiao has agreed to blood tests,yes-but not random and he wanted a cut off date-I believe they need to compromise to get this fight going...btw-tell me how Floyd is running from this fight-he came out of retirement for this fight...

Ofcourse the NSAC will then turn over some of its blood/urine samples to USADA for further clearance. Team pacquiao just only want one agency to do the test and an agency that they can trust. But lo and behold, roger mayweather just recently stated that the doctors of NSAC, the ones who'll gonna do the test are just fake doctors claimed by roger... WTF is this?!!! Don't the mayweather's want the fight or are they just a bunch of *******, manny is clearly trying to save the fight so what the F****k now??!!!

Obviously you have invested emotions into Manny Pacquiao-whatever.I say if Manny is willing to compromise with the random blood test and put it on paper,the fight should logically be on.Why do you honestly think Mayweather came out of retirement???? Don't forget the tests that Manny wants are not random as they have a cut off date a month before the fight-only a fool or a blind fan would think there is nothing bizarre about this. Now don't get me wrong-I do not know if Manny is doped up or not, but if he agrees to a reasonable cut off date,the fight should happen-do you honestly think Floyd (who most observers view he is in this for money,not legacy) would come out of retirement to turn down a HUGE payday like this (especially when people who dislike Mayweather continue to point out that he is broke)?The contract has worked nearly all in Manny's favour, Floyd is just demanding strict PED testing-true,it may be unusual from most fight contracts,but so is a 10 million dollar penalty for showing up a fraction of a pound.You have to realize this is a large fight and sometimes demands are different than fighting more common opponents.One thing that is obvious is that the boxing public is witnessing two tough negotiators when it comes to settling on what is important to them.As far as being a "*****" as you say,I believe Manny is going to have a VERY tough time trying to figure out someone with Floyd's style.It will be tougher to figure out Floyd than Manny...I have Floyd winning this fight.Manny's best chance lies within the first 3-4 rounds.If he doesn't put the beatdown on him then,its over for him-Mayweather will figure out Manny's rhythm and pick him apart-we have seen this too many times. The fights people should show more enthusiasm in is the super 6 tournament.

Defamation, libel, & slander against celebrities is a lot more complicated than defamation against a regular joe. The privacy laws are different. Manny Pacquiao's case will never stick in court, not only does he have to prove that the accusations were false but he also has to prove that the accuser KNEW THAT HIS ACCUSATIONS WERE FALSE...If he came to my firm with this case I would send him right back out of my office. He's only using the lawsuit as a threat to try to keep the Mayweather camp quiet, as far as the steroid allegations. I'm sure the Mayweather camp knows and understands this, and the fact that Manny Pacquiao has no argument in court. And that is why they're still on going with the steroid accusations.

The news traveled fast on Wednesday. WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao made good on his promise to file a lawsuit against the Mayweathers [Floyd Jr, Floyd Sr and Roger], Oscar De La Hoya and Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer. Pacquiao filed the lawsuit in Nevada federal court on December 30. He claims the named defendants made false and defamatory statements that accused him of taking performance enhancing drugs. Pacquiao retained Daniel Petrocelli of the Los Angeles-based law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP.

Petrocelli told BoxingScene.com that none of the named defendants had any evidence to back up their claims, and they knew the statements were false, but still made them to spite Pacquiao and tarnish his reputation. Petrocelli will pursue millions of dollars in damages on behalf of Pacquiao [$75,000 is the minimum amount that a plaintiff has to allege in order to initiate a suit in Nevada federal court].

"There is no basis for making these public statements and Manny Pacquiao has had an unblemished reputation," Petrocelli said to BoxingScene. "There is zero evidence that he has taken any performance enhancing drugs and we believe that people making those statements knew very well they were false."

"They had no right to try and destroy a reputation that has come through years and years of hard work. Manny Pacquiao is one of the hardest-working athletes of our time. He trains hard, he prepares hard, he is a national hero in the Philippines. His life extends beyond sports and there is no way he could sit by and let these false charges of cheating go unanswered."

Lady Fan-how do you feel about random drug tests entering into boxing? Do you feel hesitant or weary of them or do you feel that they can only give a bit more clarity into fairness? I have noticed a lot of "Pacfans" that are very much against this random procedure that can eliminate drug cheats in the sport.What's your opinion?

actually its not the random testing that they are against with. first off its whimsical on the part of floyd after all their claims that pac is an easy fight. second and most importantly, there is no need to agree on it as it is not required by the commission supervising the site where the bout will be held. boxing have rules being followed by all involved in it. and blood random testing is not one of them, floyd and pacman still in the negotiation stage, one can offer the other one can either agree or disagree. in this case pacquiao disagree and counter offered, he never said he is against blood testing on the contrary he welcomed it. the purpose of the testing is to determine if there is use of HGH or PEDS. team pacquiao is trying to negotiate the testing away from USADA because of their protocol that it might throw off pacmans training rhythm, who knows USADA might one day "decide" drawing blood from pacquiao as he lay sleeping or the night before the fight causing him to lose sleep. who knows what amount of blood they will extract from pacman. they said its teaspoon, what guarantee can pacquiao hold on it when the other parties record of lying is tops. pacquiao counter-offered but team floyd and gbp didnt budge and even went straight to media telling everyone their "opinion" that manny doesnt want blood testing so he must be hiding something, and thats what made pacman angry, they twisted the facts to make pacman look bad.

If you and I are going to have the media to rely on,I believe it is important to recognize that the demands Floyd wanted in the contract were not impossible.In all fairness,how do you explain the mix-mash stories Pacquiao's camp have been giving?First he is afraid of needles,then its blood,then its superstition-it appears to be excuses-and they were changing stories everyday!!!.
As for Floyd having an "edge" on the blood testing-keep in mind Floyd is getting tested as well-how does that give him an advantage????
Your conspiracy about the testing taking place while Manny is asleep is ridiculous-not even Michael Moore would buy that! Let's use some logic before posting,agreed?
Now keep in mind,Manny did NOT welcome blood testing-have you been following this???? He was VERY hesitant and reluctant to do this,and finally said he would allow 3 blood tests at random,but no more 30 days before the fight!!! That just makes his case look worst.I do not believe it is acceptable to say Manny is guilty,but I can understand people being su****ious of his teams actions and dodgy story changing.
