Cant we have an opinion these days? I dont really think pac is on steroids myself, but who cares if the mayweathers think he is. What others think of pac after hearing this is just bad luck. Why should anybody be sued because what they said in opinion made others belive it was true? Its like blaming what the media said a bout 911 being a fact which is a bunch of bull. That's what I have been saying this whole time! Manny did say he would take their tests three times and that wasn't good enough for the Mayweathers. What judge is going to take the word of a former convicted drug dealer, woman beaters and people prone to violence outside the ring, like getting drunks and starting brawls at nightclubs. The whole family is a family of thugs, they are not stellar citizens of the community. If I was Pacman, not only would I sue, I refuse for them to get a huge payday off my name after dragging it through the dirt...

He refused RANDOM blood testing-simple as that.If you are going to put limitations (eg. no testing 30 days before the fight,etc),then that right there is no longer random-in fact,it is a disservice to the whole drug testing.If Manny thinks this is dictating or bullying,then he doesn't deserve the privledge of fighting in an event this large and for this amount of money.Keep in mind,Manny had every aspect of his contract fulfilled,including a 10 million dollar penalty for every pound over-thats probably the largest in history. Manny is just going to have to be flexible to a degree and realize his rep is tainted until he submits legit tests.
I noticed there wasn't a comment about how difficult Manny is in negotiations-c'mon-you guys are actually in the belief that Mayweather is running from a fight,but Manny is running from strict drug testing...

Everything was in place until camp Gayweathers brought out that unreasonable and ****** demand. Gayweathers are demanding a terms that has never been made in boxing history and out of the mandated legal authority. Now, if you are in sane mind you can easily figure out who is avoiding the fight.

To me from the looks of it manny is more worried about the test being done randomly wich to me means either he is worried about being weak mentally but if he is indeed using something fears that if the test were done randomly he could get caught as he wouldn't have the time for the drugs to leave his body or something.

I am not saying he is doping but to really throw away 30 to 40m dollars up front or something is crazy and begs a question if he is actually doing something even if he isn't as floyd is clearly ready to take the test wich would mean that he isn't juicing at all.

I hope for manny that he can come to his senses and not let people's minds start to wonder about this kinda of stuff because it could take a huge chunk out of his marketability and see him make less money for something that he isn't even guilty of.

If you are going to comment below my remark,make sure to respond to my statement-in a mature manner.Calling people "gayweather" and choosing bias only makes your opinion look weak.You have to be blind not to see that Manny is VERY difficult to negotiate with.He had received all demands for this fight-including the unheard of 10,000,000 dollar excess if Floyd is a fraction of a pound over the limit.Has that ever been done in history? Pacquiao has agreed to blood tests,yes-but not random and he wanted a cut off date-I believe they need to compromise to get this fight going...btw-tell me how Floyd is running from this fight-he came out of retirement for this fight...

It's going to be a tough court case to win for Manny.He will have to prove slander directly exists and has truly effected him (and how it has).Keep in mind,what has hurt him is the fact that he looks suspect for refusing RANDOM blood testing not for any opinions from gbp,Mayweathers,etc.
This crap is probably a large publicity stunt-probably more entertaining than the fight will be.I believe the Super 6 tournament has more potential.

I think this is a tough case for Manny to win-he is trying to focus his attention at too many people instead of just one.It is also hard to prove how this will effect his career financially (part of a defamation case is proving that you would be hurt financially) since nobody has a crystal ball-any financial damage would be assumptions and not fact.As it stands with this case and su****ions that he could have delved with PEDs, he has still been offered fights and interest for potential future fights from Yuri Foreman, Paulie Malignaggi, and even Timothy Bradley-does this show that he would be at a disadvantage financially if these people were willing to fight Manny before and after this court case? There is only one way to make the massive money and that would be through Floyd Mayweather-Manny is burning his own bridges if he refuses this fight and it makes his "financial loss" appear to be a self inflicted one.
