This post, in my opinion, is impossible to argue with right now. Sums up exactly how I see this situation.

Great all Pac has to do is take the test and the fight is a go.

Everyone says hes clean , GREAT, he should have no problem taking the tests.

HES smearing his name with refusals, needles, superstitions, miscommunications Floyd is just sitting back laughing watching Team Pac fall all over themselves.

If Pac says yes to the testtinf we dont have a story.

      FACT.

if there's a latest breakthrough that blood test is more efficient than urine test, can somebody here be kind enough to post a link?

well... 'am starting to believe that floyd is ducking the fight if he is insisting a useless type of random drug testing. is he playing ****** or just really dumb on this matter?

Damn! i thought pac was the one playing ****** on this blood test issue...

thanx bro for this thread, 'am enlightened by the facts.

sorry pac for doubting you on this one. take or not to take the useless blood test, it's your call, it does'nt make any difference..

Dr. Catlin is more expert in drug testing than Conte. Conte is not a chemist or scientist. He's like a salesman who sells car, he doesn't built one.

Look at pg 2 I post a link of a more recent one... the funny thing is that the opinions didn't change over the years.

The latest one was 2007 and it hasn't change. The gold standard is still random urine test. people actually downplay that article because it was published in pediatric magazine but one thing they don't know was it was a research study based on testing FACTS done by Caroline Hatton PHD who works directly with the godfather of all testing, Dr. Catlin at his UCLA lab.

I looked at the WADA website and their documents for The Code.

They use blood to test for blood transfusions, synthetic hemoglobin and hGH. The samples are small 2 x 3mL (A and B samples) for whole blood and 2 x 5mL for serum. I can't find anything that says how often they test. WADA uses urine to test for EPO. Here is a quote from their FAQ on EPO testing:

"This report also recommended that urine testing be used in conjunction with blood screening for a variety of reasons, including the cost savings of performing blood screening prior to testing urine. Some international sports federations still use both urine and blood matrix for the detection of EPO. Recently, the urine test was adapted to blood to perform detection of some new erythropoiesis stimulating agents."

So it looks like they use blood to catch some of the latest EPO agents.

They also use blood samples in their Athlete Biological Passport program, which is effective December 2009. Here is a link: http://www.wada-ama.org/en/Resources...lete-Passport/

I have no idea if the USADA is using the Passport program, and I couldn't find any info how on often blood samples had to be collected.

Anyway, if the Mayweather's want the USADA to conduct the testing, they'll follow the WADA Code, and Pac shouldn't have anything to fear if he's clean. If they want blood, he should give it. They have a reason for taking it. Mayweather will have to do the same anyway.

All those "experts" were made to look like incompetent fools by Conte's company Balco. So who's smarter and more of an expert?

                    - the guys who tested and found all of Conte's guys negative EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ON PED

                    or

                    - the guy who made it so that his DIRTY ATHLETES still passed their "EXPERT GIVEN TEST" with negative results.

Take your time on this one.
