You know, this is one of those things like on Cheaters. When the cheater gets caught they get mad, and say stuff like "you could have asked me". That's what you say, when they call cheaters on you and you DON'T get caught... You know pacman's claim is the testing will interrupt his training, or possibly drain him fro the fight... The only way this claim has any merit, is if mayweather isn't going to do the same thing... "So you are saying Floyd is stronger than me, so the test will drain me and not him" or are you saying "Floyd is usually more prepared and focused than me, so the testing will mess up my focus for the fight and not his"... Or "I just don't want Floyd to set the terms of the fight", that's all bull**** when the potential for cheating is invovled. Boxign gloves are inspected and signed off on before fights, but Margarito got away with loaed gloves, because he and his people have been around long enough to know how to and when to cheat. That's why pacman wasts to know when he is going to be tested, so his doctors can concoct some **** (write a formula) so he can do what he has been doing and still go undected... **** I welcome a 48hr piss test, but fear a random one..FEEL ME!!!

Whats the difference between the test 5 minutes after the fight?

the difference is that he may not be using **** on the actual night of the fight, his **** might be in the preparation where he can preserve his energy and body more. ever heard the phrase "he left it all in the gym"? by using substance in the gym he can come into the fight fresher or he can even use a cream or oil on fight night that simply wont show itself after only hours but they are potent substances that have quick effect and quick discharge from the system. basically if you juggle the cutoff period the right way you'll have enough of an avenue to use something, by having NO cutoff period there is NO avenue of using anything and THAT'S your difference that you are looking for..

also you can't realistically think they will test him DIRECTLY after the fight, there will be even a few more hours to clean him out and that's a risk Floyd doesn't want, not even a 1% chance that he COULD HAVE cheated..

I respect your opinion on what you are trying to say but this part here makes no sense. Its a simple random blood test if you are clean. The only way its difficult is if you aren't clean to begin with. This is a legacy fight for both fighters to begin with and should be fought on a level playing field. Pac is the one making it detrimental to his career by refusing a random drug test if he is in fact clean.

When I wrote "test", I was referring to the fight and not the drug test, my fault. If you read at the beginning I wrote that manny and floyd will pass any drug test. It is just unfortunate that if Manny loses, he also loses the validity of his previous wins and not for Floyd.

Its called su****ion but they have a right to be su****ious, its not against the law and its not like Floyd wouldn't be taking the same tests. Remember it was su****ion that caused Hopkins to send his trainer in the room when trinidad was getting his hands wrapped and thats how he got busted. It was su****ion why Mosley sent his trainer (****m, the same trainer for Hopkins) in the room when Margorito was getting his hands wrapped and he also got busted. There's nothing wrong with su****ion. If you are clean you will be more than happy to prove it especially as an elite athlete. Roger Clemens (baseballtried to handle things the same way as Manny right now and scare people off with his threats of lawsuits when he was in fact using performance enhancing drugs and it just blew up in his face. If Manny is clean take the tests if not shut up and walk away from the fight but don't complain when people say things because you had a chance to prove it along with getting $40 mill to do that.

The difference is--you didn't have insiders or teammates coming out and saying you took PEDs...and so while Pacquiao may have his beliefs on how the tests should run...the Mayweather has an equal chance of walking away...Pacquiao is already being bombarded with steroid allegations and people coming up to him and asking if he actually takes it.. there's nothing for him to hide anything....and he's already commented that he's willing cooperate and do blood and urine tests more than is required by law--and possibly more given how negotiations pan out.
