Manny stands to look a lot better by taking the tests, coming out clean, and beating Mayweather.

Now what Pacquiao fanatic in the world would not want that to happen?

I'm to the point where I believe manny is really on something and his fear of needles seem to coincide with random drug testing!

First off boxing is just for entertainment,if your a floyd fan if he doesnt know u he couldnt care less about u,if he did care about his fans he would have alredy fought mosely,cotto,williams,berto,etc. And he has lost against castillo the boxingworld knows that,plus boxing just aint what it used to be where the best wanted to fight the best now it is (who can i fight and make money and take the least amount of punishment)and he didnt fight the delahoya that mosley fought,it guess u would be able to know if it were like the ufc were u have to face the best,yes great athleates,but dont look up to them so much and look more into them,and do 4 youself and take youself to your greatest!!!!!

Obviously questions will be raised since Pacquiao is refusing to take the tests. I agree with what Cotto has said. I still believe the fight will happen, but in late 2010.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, IF there's any truth to the rumors that Pacquaio has been juicing up, Cotto will have been robbed on two different occasions. First MargaCHEATO with the infamous wraps and now Pacquaio with the roids. For all intents and purposes Cotto's career ended that night at the HANDS of MargaCHEATO and he hasn't been the same since. It's like dejavu with Billy Collins all over again. The fighter Pacquaio fought in Vegas was a shell of a fighter that was Miguel Cotto. If I was Cotto's camp I would be watching these proceedings very closely.

Cotto has a really classy way about him. Poor ****er. He's gotta' be goin' crazy thinkin' about the now-questionable circumstances of his two losses. I mean ya', probly both were legit, but maybe not...

how many excuses does floyd need to convince you that a leapord never changes his spots. pacs taken on the toughest challenges and floyd hasn't even fought a legit welterweight and he has been in that division for how many years.

Wasn't Zab Judah an undisputed Welter weight champion after he beat Cory Spinks, i.e WBC/WBA/IBF? I mean seriously, did Floyd not beat Zab, and the man that beat Zab (Baldomir)? Didn't Baldomir move up to 154 pounds and lose a decision to Vernon Forest for the WBC title? And you say floyd never fought a legitimate welterweight. And without effort, I just gave you two champions at welterweight, one undisputed. And one who move on to junior middleweight and fought the best and lost a decision. Say what you will about Zab and Baldomir's skill, but to say they were not legit WW is crazy.
