Pacquiao would agree blood testing after the fight (maybe immediately after the post fight conference) and it is the most fair testing for it is the nearest time from the fight. taking out blood 30 days before the fight is just a baloney strategy and never been done in my opinion. It is a fact that USA olympic athletes take their drug tests after the competition. That is why PBF and his team is making such cowardly and ****** suggestions.

Mayweather and GBP agreed to ditch the USADA and pick another organization to do the testing. Sure, you can kinda make the argument that GBP is being hypocritical, but ultimately this was Mayweather's request.

Making the argument that there is no evidence does not always mean that there is NO su****ion, you are absolutely right about that. However, the difference between this conspiracy theory and the one against Manny is that there have actually been some questionable actions and statements that would make the general public have this su****ion of Manny. While your conspiracy theory actually has facts working AGAINST it.
