  • Obviously there is something to hide, if Freddie Roach's initial reaction is to stray away from blood testing in a certain period of time. It brings doubt upon all of Pacquaio's great accomplishments. This is something that Pacquaio has to face and man up, and say I am clean and test me. A fear of needles is not a substantial excuse when you have multiple tattoos, even home made tattos (boxing glove on chest).

There is no point in arguing about it. It takes away from the fact that Manny is possibly hidding something.

It isn't up to Mayweather. Mayweather is only a boxer and a boxer cannot determine his opponent's eligibility.

The NSAC determines that, enforces that and foresees fairness. I am not saying that the NSAC is perfect, far from it. I am saying that everything goes through the NSAC.

When Pacquiao fought DLH, HATTON and COTTO, it is the NSAC to determine and oversees the weight issues and no violations of the boxers in regards to weight issues. Same thing goes with the drugs and who isn't eligible and who is.

Mayweather CAN make suggestions to tip to the NSAC and say "I suspect that Pacquiao is taking ________, please check him up and make our fight fair."

Then the NSAC can act on that. But Mayweather cannot enforce anything but popular opinion.

Thus Pacquiao's stance is that of a "who do you think you are making demands whether I am eligible or not"

Random blood testing is a contractual clause that Team Mayweather have requested. Just like the 10 mil per pound over 147 is a contractual term proposed by Pac camp. NSAC has nothing to do with the 10mil penalty per pound over 147 just like they have nothing to do with the contract term for random testing from an outside agency by Team Mayweather.

Manny does not want RANDOM blood testing or any blood tests for PED's 30 days leading into the fight. So he has rejected a contractual term the mayweathers want in order for this figh to happen. It is Manny's right to do so.

A contractual term if agreed to by both parties can circumvent NSAC.

My question is simple......why doesn't Manny want to allow it?????????

To certain people, not everyone and I agree this is a no sum argument.

You still did not answer the question, has mayweather ever came in over the weight of a contractually agreed 147 lbs in his entire career at welterweight? I'll help you out once again. NO!!!

Exactly!!! Lets say it was a concern of Manny's that Mayweather would come in over the weight limit, Mayweather was more than willing to prove that he wouldn't by agreeing to Pac's terms now why won't Pac agree to the random drug tests as it is a concern of Mayweather that are both coming into the fight without the help of performance enhancing drugs. The negotiation is a two way street and should not be a Pac demand only. He has gotten everything else he wanted in the negotiation. Why can't he submit to random drug tests that both fighters will take? Be logical.

5 year olds use the word "owned" and frat guys who wrestle each other on the weekend shirtless playing beer pong, good luck you'll need it.

Thats all 100% true but irrelevant in terms of Pac vs Floyd sitiation.

Floyd has agreed to pay 10million per pound over the WW limit in the proposed fight contract. Argument is over. He will come in @ 147 on the dot like he always has for a 147 pound limit fight.
