how did mosley get away with it??Yes. Which is why Arum and the NSAC have said that random urine tests is enough.
USADA only uses blood for long term chemical tracking of the Olympic athletes, not for drug detection. HGH and EPO can clear your system in the matter of a few hours to a couple days.
Anabolic drugs take weeks in a lot of cases months to clear your system unless it's some kind of super designer drug that I doubt anyone in boxing could afford either financially or reputably to take.
On top, real ****in random all they did was alert the pac team to make sure he needs to drop clean. AND SCREW URINE TESTS!! Gotta be blood babyComment

Bob Arum is going to try and convince manny now!!! Great news guys!!!!
When HBO televised "Pacquiao/Hatton 24/7", it aired footage of Pacquiao taking a routine blood test as part of his pre-fight medical exam. The blood test was conducted approximately 14 days before the fight; it punches holes in Pacquiao's argument that giving blood inside 30 days of a fight negatively impacts his performance.
Arum claims he will now move mountains and convince manny to agree to the random blood tests latest 14 days before the fight.Comment

There is no reason not to take the tests...most Olympic athletes submit to these blood tests regularly...so it is a concern that Pacquiao doesn't want to take the test...I love Manny Pacquiao but I have to say that Mayweather wanted Shane to test before BALCO and people said that he was ducking him (turned out to be true) and PBF called Margarito a cheater well before they found the loaded hand wraps which also turned out to be true...sometimes we need to listen to what everyone is saying and not just ignore them because they act like jerksComment

No, no deadline, there should be random bloodtests whenever they feel like taking them, deadline defeats the purpose of the random blood testsThanks for the link and for those who didn't read because of this:
