This urine test ordered by NSAC is a farce because Pacquaio's camp is being notified in advance of the test. It doesn't prove anything because Pacquaio will pass. The only way to determine whether Pacquaio is juicing up or not is to conduct random test.

What ever happened with this? We know Pac submitted his test and was clean but last I heard May had not yet submitted his.
