On that note if you want to take it there, why should Pac or Floyd be tested at all for this or any future fights then if they have never tested positive before? See how ridiculous that sounds?

i asked this same question before, and i couldn't get an answer, so i'll ask it again.....

hoya hadnt made the weight in 10 years, dont get upset at pacs negotiations..his team knows what their doing. i dont say anything about how careful floyds team is with his special treatment in fights......oh wait you probably havnt heard his team is accusing afighter of using steroids when its never been proven. tell imdazed when has pac come in dirty? it would be like pac making those same accusations and demands against floyd.

Why is Floyd so eager for Manny to take the test?

Because they paid off their people to tamper with Manny's blood sample...

Wise move by Manny to not play their games ...

**** GBP, **** DLH, I hope Chavez JR kicks his ass one day for sheer revenge...

I hope he destroys him worse than Manny did!

he didnt make weight his last regardless of whatever the weight was. it would be like pac using roids at 130 and me saying to you....hmm when has pac used roids at 147.....oh yah and answer me this, why did want to move this fight up to 154????? ill tell you it has nothing to do with him not being to make weight..it has everything to do with floyd wanting an unfair advantage.....truth hurts dont it?

THIS IS DUCKING TO ITS FINEST. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. Good job Floyd.
you dont need proof, if he feels doubtful manny or anyone else is clean theres no reason not to have those tests. whats wrong with better tests?

its not about manny beating his oponents. its the fact that hes moved up 7 weightclasses and both his stamina and speed increased despite the extra carried weight. thats weird, whats even more weird is hes hurting guys more having moved up 7 weightclasses than he was before. for someone to have such vast physical improvements in all areas at his age having moved up in weight like that is odd.

floyd sr said that not floyd jr. lol at you even expecting floyd to back up other ppls words. when roach talks about how pac could beat mosley and all these guys you dont hold it against manny. yet you blame floyd for something his pops said.

how does ensuring fair play make you a ducker? to me its the guy who right away backed out making a million weak excuses. afraid of needles? nice tattoos..

There was a reason, and that was the fact that Pacquiao was moving up in weight, after fighting only one fight at 135lbs. and previously before that campaigning at 130 or less his entire career.

Oscar, on the other hand, had fought above 147 pounds since 2001.

147 was the weight that Oscar decided he could fight at in order to make the fight on more even terms. The weight penalty was to make sure he didn't have any more physical advantages than he already had.

The weight penalty in the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight makes even more sense, being that Mayweather, in his last fight...agreed to make a weight in which he had no intentions of making...and didn't.

                      doesn't matter???

fighters move up in weight, when they can no longer fight at lower weights....the fact that he hasn't fought below 147 in years, plays no role in him not making that weight?

show me past evidence of floyd not being able to make 147, his current fighting weight....
