USADA is a more respected and legitimate testing orginization. NSAC missed Mosley taking drugs, and he admitted it later. They will not be using blood testing, and have a relationship with Bob Arum. Floyd wants to make sure he is facing a clean pac, with the rumors that he is using PED's from Paulie, Sr and Cintron.
